We are a financial company doing the business of Lending and Accepting Deposits with its shareholders. AGNL was formed with the intent of meeting the Social Responsibility of a group of successful and respected socialites.

Alappuzha Gramin Nidhi Limited, a Public Limited Company registered under the provisions of Nidhi Companies Act and was incorporated on 3rd December 2020 with Registrar of Companies, Govt. of India. Our Corporate Identification Number is (CIN) U65990KL2020PLN065090 and the registered office is at Thuravoor (Alappuzha).

The objective of the Company is to encourage the saving habits of the people and to create a fund for its members to meet all financial assistance they need. We ensure great transparency in all our dealings as part of our standard of business conduct. We are a mutual benefit company where only members can transact business (deposit and/or receive loans) as allowed by the law for Nidhi Company. Operational matters and the deployment of funds of our company are closely monitored and regulated by the Department of Company Affairs (Govt. of India). A Nidhi company is classified as "Mutual Benefit Financial Company" by the Reserve Bank of India.

At present working of the Company is under the direct supervision and responsibility of 7 Directors. Our Directors have strong competencies in finance and business administration, including retired senior executives from banks and other companies, leading businessmen and techies.

We offer attractive interest rates for all types of deposits and loans. We are allowed to lend only against property mortgage, LIC policies, government securities / bonds, against our fixed deposits and against a security of gold.
